Usage process:

1. Empty load test machine: Before use, place the machine on a dry, ventilated, and level ground to ensure stability and reliability. Check if the fasteners of each component are loose and if there are any foreign objects on the conveyor belt. Confirm that the power supply voltage matches the equipment and that the grounding is intact. After connecting the power supply, start the equipment and run it without load for 1-2 minutes. Check if the motor runs smoothly and if there are any abnormal noises.


2. Uniform feeding: After the no-load test machine is normal, clean potatoes should be evenly fed into the feeding port, with a recommended single feeding amount of 10-20 kilograms to avoid blockage caused by a large amount of feeding at once. The peeling time can be set through the control panel based on the different characteristics of the material. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to connect the water pipe to the water inlet to maintain a continuous supply of softened material skin.


3. Automatic discharge: After peeling is completed, the equipment automatically opens the valve to discharge the material. At the same time, during the peeling process, the skin and flesh automatically separate, and the potatoes and peeled skin are discharged from different outlets for easy collection and cleaning.
