Usage process:

1. No load test machine: After the equipment is installed and powered on, it is strictly prohibited to directly feed. Before use, clean the parts of the hopper, forming mold, etc. that come into contact with the food. Plug in the power, turn on the switch and let the machine run without load first. Carefully check whether the machine is running normally and whether there are any abnormal sounds or lagging phenomena. After confirming that the idle is normal, subsequent debugging and formal production can be carried out.


2. Uniform feeding: Put the prepared and mixed meat slurry into the hopper. The roundness of Rice-meat dumplings shall be debugged before formal production; Prepare about 80 ℃ hot water to put under the pill outlet, start the machine, take 10-20 Rice-meat dumplings to check the smoothness. Adjust the feeding and cutting speed of the inverter according to the demand. Installation and Debugging

Place the meatball machine horizontally on a flat low surface to ensure stability and reliability. Connect the power and ground it reliably, and confirm that the motor rotates counterclockwise. Before use, check if all components have become loose during transportation and if there are any foreign objects in the hopper. Install the drip pipe and connect it to the water source. During operation, ensure that the drip pipe has water to prevent the meat slurry from sticking to the cutting blade. Frequently Asked Questions

How to solve the problem that the automatic beef ball machine starts but does not discharge?

The equipment is running but the meat slurry cannot be squeezed out. The reasons include the reverse connection of the power cord causing the motor to reverse, the position of the pressing rod being too high and not pressurized, or the slurry being too thick. Solution: Swap any two live wires to make the motor rotate forward; Adjust the pressure rod downwards to increase pressure; Adjust the meat paste formula or add ice water to reduce the viscosity.


How to solve the problem that the Rice-meat dumplings produced by the automatic Rice-meat dumplings machine is not shaped?

The cutting blade does not match the feeding speed, the viscosity of the meat slurry is improper, or the adjustment handle is loose. Shutdown is required to readjust the filling amount and tighten the handle. Adjust the frequency converter to make the cutting blade proportional to the feeding speed. If necessary, add starch or ice water to adjust the consistency of the meat filling.


Maintenance method:
