Usage process:

1. Empty load test machine: Before use, place the machine on a dry, ventilated, and level surface to ensure stability and reliability. Check if all fasteners are loose, if the power cord is damaged, and if there are any foreign objects in the hopper. After turning on the power and starting, observe from the feeding port that the cutting blade should rotate counterclockwise, otherwise adjust the power cord. No load test run for 1-2 minutes, confirm that there are no abnormal noises, friction sounds, and smooth operation before feeding.


2. Uniform feeding: After the no-load test is normal, clean and remove the inedible parts of the fruits and vegetables and put them into the feeding port. The feeding should be continuously and uniformly advanced to avoid uneven cutting or equipment jamming. Be careful not to invest too much at once to prevent material blockage from causing downtime or malfunctions. If there is a blockage, the machine must be stopped immediately for cleaning before continuing to operate.


3. Automatic discharge: After the material enters the silo, it is cut into regular shapes such as pieces and threads by a high-speed rotating blade, and automatically falls from the discharge port. Before operation, it is necessary to place a material receiving frame or connect the conveyor belt below the discharge port in advance to ensure the smooth collection of finished products. During the cutting process, the discharge should be kept unobstructed and there should be no blockage.
