Constructed with a heavy-duty food-grade 304 stainless steel body, the unit features a 2.5 mm thick housing and certified NSF components, ensuring complete corrosion resistance and compliance with international food safety standards.

The shredder incorporates an advanced safety interlock system that deactivates the motor upon hopper removal, alongside 120 dB operational noise control and IPX4 splash resistance rating for enhanced workplace safety.

Its modular quick-disassembly design allows for full sanitation in under 120 seconds, with all cutting components being dishwasher-safe (up to 90°C). The 2.2 kW industrial-grade motor features thermal overload protection and maintains consistent torque through continuous operation cycles.
