Usage process:

1. No load test: Confirm that the power supply is 380V (customized for special voltages), connect the power supply, check that there are no foreign objects in the cage, and confirm that the emergency stop button is normal. Start the no-load test run and check if there are any abnormal noises or friction sounds in the machine. If there are any abnormal noises, the machine must be stopped for maintenance before use.


2. Variable frequency dehydration: The motor is driven by a variable frequency drive, with adjustable speed and dehydration time. Use centrifugal force to expel moisture from the material through drainage holes. The frequency converter is equipped with a built-in braking unit, which provides smooth and powerful parking braking, and supports automatic tracking and capturing of rotational speed to ensure smooth and impact free starting.

Voltage and debugging: Confirm that the power supply voltage matches 380V (special voltage can be customized), install a power switch outside the body, and ensure reliable grounding. Check that there are no foreign objects inside the drum and that the manual drum is not stuck. Closed and unloaded test machine, without impact vibration or abnormal noise. Firstly, it may be due to severe wear of the brake pads, weak tension springs, or malfunctioning safety interlock switches. The solution is to replace the worn brake pads, replace the loose tension springs, and adjust the position of the safety interlock switch to be linked with the cover.
